Laura brings years of experience running her own businesses, both online and in customer-facing environments. That background has given her a practical understanding of what it takes to build a business, manage day-to-day operations and deliver a service that clients can rely on.
At Property First Group UK, Laura leads the running of the business, from client service and marketing to keeping every enquiry and case moving smoothly. She is passionate about clear communication and believes every client should feel looked after, informed and confident at each stage of their funding journey.
Laura is currently studying for her CeMAP qualification, building her technical knowledge of the mortgage and finance market alongside her business and customer service experience.
Paul has over 20 years in financial services, including more than 15 years in the specialist finance industry, having worked across both the lending and distribution sides of the market. His career has included roles as a Commercial Underwriter at Together and Head of Specialist Distribution at United Trust Bank.
His expertise spans the wider specialist lending market, with a particular passion for bridging finance. He has extensive experience in unregulated bridging, dealing with complex transactions and finding solutions for challenging funding scenarios.
Specialist lending is an area Paul genuinely enjoys. He is passionate about building strong relationships, understanding complex cases and finding practical ways to get deals done.
